DARKNESS

Darkness a very familiar word and familiar situation. We can define darkness as the absence of light. At the same time Darkness of thoughts/mind can be defined as absence of optimism/positive thoughts. In our normal day life we identify darkness with its black colour. Darkness of mind/thoughts can be explained with an example of any depressed person.
A depressed person experiences the darkness of both mind and thoughts he lacks optimism in his mind and positivity in his thoughts. once a person is depressed its very hard for him to get out of it on his own and at the same time he is slipping into it rapidly. Even when the person tries to come out of it with his positive thoughts it goes all in vain, there may be several explanation of this medically. when we see this from the point of view of a physics teacher he may explain this in a different way. As we know a depressed person has darkness of thoughts and it is identified with its black colour. In physics we also know that black colour is known as a black body(Any body that absorbs all incident electromagnetic radiation regardless of frequency). when a depressed person has any thought or idea in his mind he in unable to act on it as these thoughts are absorbed in his own mind and as a result the person avoids interaction, lethargic, lost in his thoughts etc. Here he needs help from his friends and family but most of the times his actions are taken as either attention seeking or for sympathy, Of course he wants your attention actually he needs your attention when he is trying to tell you that he is in a problem. It's not your sympathy that he wants but the empathy that he needs. Your love, affection, concern towards his problem are those positive energies that can and eventually will help him to come out of his depression.
Put a smile on someones face and release some positive energy for you in the universe so that it will deliver you positive. as they say "WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND"
Your views and ideas are welcomed.
